About
Raheela Gill Anwar President & CEO
“I was the first woman in my family to have a career. My father, who launched his own firm at the age of 53 after a job transition, was a staunch believer that each of his three daughters would be able to support themselves, no matter what life had in store.”
Raheela brings more than 25 years of experience in executive outplacement and financial services to Group 360, with expertise in M&A, executive compensation, corporate delayering, and building and leading diverse teams. She is a leader in guiding professionals and organizations through career transition, connecting them with networks and resources to help them find their next opportunity.
Prior to launching Group 360, Raheela served in executive roles for BPI group and a national boutique executive outplacement firm, where she managed client relationships, developed growth strategies, and advised clients on opportunities to implement leadership coaching, succession planning, and talent development. Before that, she worked in the financial services industry as an independent strategy consultant advising multi-asset class firms, served as a Managing Director at Ziegler Companies, and held several Executive roles at Northern Trust Corporation.
Across her career, Raheela has built a professional reputation on client-centric focus, the highest level of responsiveness, and developing lasting relationships—values which are the very core of Group 360’s approach.
